The people behind the place

Meet Barry & Angele.

Bridlewood is a labor of love for both of us—and one day, our forever home. Away from work and our home on Hilton Head, we’re usually here playing in the dirt, tending the gardens, and growing something together.

Our story & vision →
A living landscape

What’s growing at the farm.

An orchard taking root, flowers around the barn, and something new to tend each season. The gardens are one of our favorite ways to spend time together.

In the orchard

Honeycrisp, Fuji, and Pink Lady apples, alongside peaches, a Celeste fig, pawpaws, elderberries, and blackberries.

In the flower beds

Dahlias, Montauk daisies, coneflowers, Russian sage, and an evolving mix of color across the hillsides.

In the kitchen garden

Georgian Fire, Music, and German White garlic are the newest additions to our planting journal.
